TOUR OUR FACILITY

Our comfortable, welcoming facility is located in Laurel Springs, New Jersey. We have created a healthy and safe environment that allows our staff and clients to thrive.

Owners (Who are these guys…?)

A dynamic trio with complimentary talents, who together are fulfilling a meaningful and critical mission – transforming how people suffering from behavioral health conditions receive care, enabling them to live a full life.

It started in 2017, when the Owners opened their first facility, a substance abuse treatment center, Victory Bay Recovery Center. They saw firsthand how people with addiction commonly experienced mental health conditions simultaneously. To achieve sustained and long-term recovery, one cannot be treated without treating the other.

Given how central the brain is to human health, its malfunctions should be a priority, separated from stigma, and treated on par with the diseases of the body. It’s a societal transformation that takes courage and focus. The Founders of Harmony Bay Wellness embarked on a valiant journey to build a facility that puts the mind first, fights the unnecessary and restraining stigmas surrounding mental healthcare, and provides a cohesive treatment approach.

AJ Solomon

Easy going, laid back, energetic and clear-headed are the best ways to describe AJ. Anyone who talks to him will find him warm, inviting and friendly. AJ is a visionary with a deep passion and contagious energy.

Brent Reese

He can anticipate problems and opportunities long before they have a chance to emerge. He is a critical thinker and outstanding problem solver. Brent is an innovator with unwavering focus and determination.

Chris McGoldrick

Chris has an innate ability to connect with people and a unique instinct to sense when someone needs a compassionate ear or a helping hand. OUR JOB OPENINGS

Patient Access Coordinator

The Patient Coordinator is tasked with being the first point of contact when anyone reaches out for help. They are responsible for providing facility and program information as well as support for clients, families, and treatment providers, while facilitating and evaluating the clinical, medical, and financial requirements of the admissions process. Our goal is to always be a little kinder and a little quicker than our competitors – which translates into a positive client experience.

Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of practice location(s) including all office activities and staff to ensure that optimal patient care is given in accordance with Harmony Bay Wellness policies and procedures in a courteous, timely and efficient manner.

Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic money handling, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

Clinical Therapist

The Clinical Therapist responsibilities include providing clinical services to the clients of Harmony Bay Wellness.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

The Advanced Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include working alongside nursing staff and psychiatry staff with the ability to perform either positions tasks.

Wellness Ambassador

The Wellness Ambassador’s primary job responsibilities are welcoming patients and the general public with enthusiasm and providing them with fast and efficient professional service. The Wellness Ambassador performs a variety of support duties within the organization contributing to an overall meaningful patient experience.

Psychiatrist

The Psychiatrist responsibilities include working alongside nursing staff and APN staff with the ability to perform psychiatric evaluations and follow up services

Clinical Outreach Coordinator

The Clinical Outreach Coordinator is responsible for executing Business Development Strategies and building referral relationships for Harmony Bay Wellness.

Nurse Case Manager

The Nurse Case Manager’s primary job responsibilities are to assess, develop, monitor and coordinate care for patients with the goal of maximizing integrative wellness opportunities and ensuring appropriate levels of care.
