About Suzanne Danielle

Suzanne is an empathic, experienced Clinical Therapist and Career Coach with more than 20 years of experience. She and her clients work together to identify their treatment goals and address their issues through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (CBT) and strength-based work. Her role is to provide a safe nonjudgmental space for clients to develop insight and coping strategies to lead a more fulfilling life.

Her areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction recovery, caregiver stress, elder care, career transitions and work stress.

Suzanne is an outdoor enthusiast, she has two beautiful Labs, and enjoys the arts and practice of self-care through exercise, yoga and mindfulness.
