Cassandra is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. She has had over nine years of experience delivering evidence-based practice to a varied population, including but not limited to individuals/groups working on their anger, stress levels, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors. She has been honored to participate in tremendous outcomes with individuals ready to start the therapeutic process. Cassandra takes pride in walking alongside those who choose me in their journey towards healing. Therapy is a significant step for many people; it can be short-term and intensive or a lifestyle change. Having your therapist be “the right fit” makes it easier to go through that therapeutic process.
Cassandra is am a proud cat mom and amateur plant mom. She enjoys tending to things, providing them with nourishment to grow. She takes a similar approach to therapy. Cassandra follows the lead of the person(s) sitting across from her and provides tools where necessary. She utilizes a CBT/DBT approach and Positive Psychology to complete clinical interventions.

While receiving her Master’s, Cassandra’s passion for working with minorities deepened. Those she worked with also found it beneficial to build a therapeutic alliance with someone who resembled them and their background. Her passion drove her to work in those fields where she could provide resources in at-risk communities, and she’s been doing so for over ten years. At this time, she is working towards her clinical licensure.
