About

Elizabeth is a a bilingual LCSW conducting telehealth therapy sessions in English and Spanish. Her approach is empathetic and gentle, yet completely transparent and honest, thus enabling you to deeply explore any issues you bring to me. Whether you’re generally feeling overwhelmed and stressed, experiencing depression, anxiety, a life change or transition, grief, relationship issues, or could simply use someone nonjudgmental to talk to, Elizabeth is there for you. She provides a safe and nurturing environment that will encourage trust, openness, and a therapeutic connection that will honor your unique strengths and resources to move forward in a process toward positive change and growth.

She loves to read and spend time with family in her spare time. You have already taken the first step by seeking a therapist, who can be a guide and support. Elizabeth feels it would be a privilege to hear your story and work together with you to address your concerns.

Why Healthcare

When I take a moment to stop and think about how I feel, it can be overwhelming sometimes, and I often ignore my mental health. Only when I acknowledge my mental health issues, can I seek a solution as simple as a 5 minute breathing meditation exercise, getting a massage, reading a book, or sharing how I feel with someone nonjudgmental. For this reason, I am passionate about providing mental healthcare because it affects every single facet of our daily living and functioning. Many people don’t even know they have a mental health illness and this feels normal to them! Being able to be a provider for mental health increases a person’s awareness and education on mental health, which can be rewarding to see as people get back their power and control over their own life!
