I enjoy working with a variety of clients who have different concerns, often involving relationships with others. For those experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and other mental health concerns, I can help you through the use of proven therapeutic approaches and, if you find it beneficial, can incorporate spirituality, mindfulness and body-based work into our sessions. If you are a biological or adoptive parent and want to find a way to have healthier, happier interactions with the children, I can help you find a parenting style that matches you and your child’s needs.
