About Laura Perry

When you are ready to make changes- and are open to sometimes stepping out of your comfortable, familiar space- therapy can help you to be your best self. Our work together involves identifying what is important to you, how you envision your future, and what changes you can take to move in the right direction for you.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients who have different concerns, often involving relationships with others.  Do you feel that you are “walking on eggshells” and believe there are few options or choices to change your situation? Have you lost your voice in relationships and your needs are not being met? Are you being abused in some way? Have you experienced trauma as a child? Together we can help you find what actions you may want to take to move forward.

For those experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and other mental health concerns, I can help you through the use of proven therapeutic approaches and, if you find it beneficial, can incorporate spirituality, mindfulness and body-based work into our sessions. If you are a biological or adoptive parent and want to find a way to have healthier, happier interactions with the children, I can help you find a parenting style that matches you and your child’s needs.
