About Loraine Megaro

Lori is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. She draws from a variety of techniques in her clinical work, including client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused techniques. Lori is known for her caring and empathetic nature. As a telehealth therapist, her goal is to connect with clients in the comfort and safety of their homes while providing effective clinical care and helping clients to meet their individualized goals. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and reading. She is also an avid baker and enjoys making treats for her friends and family.

Lori is passionate about providing mental health care because mental health issues can affect anyone at any time. She believes everyone is deserving of mental health care to help improve their quality of life, reach their goals, gain new perspectives, and achieve wellness.
