About our Lexington Location

Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health facility that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Megan Gaughan, LPC

Megan approaches therapy from a diverse orientation to meet you where you are to develop obtainable goals and process through difficulties you may be experiencing. She will collaborate to understand and process your experience.

Caitlin Porter, LCSW

Caitlin Porter, LCSW

Caitlin has worked as a unit social worker, admissions coordinator, therapist, and clinical supervisor in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She has experience working with patients in all walks of their mental health journey, whether it is their first time seeking services or they have been involved in treatment for years.

Kristina Edwards, MSW, LSW

Kristina Edwards, MSW, LSW

Kristina is an experienced professional with a background in working directly with children/youth and families in diverse communities. Her childhood and life experiences with trauma are what fueled her passion to walk alongside others through their healing journey.

Pamela Danko, M.Ed, LAC

Pamela Danko, M.Ed, LAC

Pamela is a person-centered therapist; she approaches clients with empathy, respect, and non-judgmental support, creating an environment where they feel heard and understood. With 2+ years of experience working within the outpatient setting, she has gained experience working with a series of specialties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, codependency, and sexuality, to name a few.

Deanna Boden-Yu, LMHC

Deanna Boden-Yu, LMHC

Deanna is a supportive therapist that will collaborate with you on your journey toward healing. Her clinical experience includes working with veterans, adults, young adults, and couples.

Ayrrin Pincus, LSW, MSW

Ayrrin Pincus, LSW, MSW

Ayrrin is a licensed Social Worker. Ayrrin attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate and graduate studies in Social Work. During her time at Rutgers, Ayrrin gained experience supporting and counseling adults with various mental health diagnoses and challenges.
