About
Catherine currently holds a Licensed Master of Social Work in the states of New Jersey and Texas. After finishing her master’s from Rutgers University in the spring of 2018, she decided to hit the road and landed in Austin, TX where she lived for 3 years before returning to NJ last summer. Between internships, co-op experiences, and employment opportunities, she has worked with a range of clients across several clinical settings including inpatient, the homeless, veterans, hospice, and, of course, out-patient. Catherine believes it is important to meet clients where they are and to keep goals in mind while providing a safe therapeutic space in moving towards the management of concerns. Self-care is incredibly important in mental health and in order to create a healthy work-life balance, she can often be found with family/friends or traveling the world in her free time!
