About
Sara is a Licensed Social Worker who works mainly with young adults going through life changes as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and struggles with self-esteem. Sara utilizes CBT, DBT, person-centered and solution-focused modalities to provide a safe space for self-development and the opportunity to manage mental health struggles and reach short and long-term goals. These practices also give clients tools on how to change one’s mindset and focus on future-oriented solutions. Sara understands mental health is not a linear process and she is here to provide you with genuine support as you begin your journey towards positive change as well as empower you towards achievement of your life goals. Therapy can often be uncomfortable, as change is difficult. However, seeking therapy should be normalized. As humans, we all need a little help sometimes.
