Christopher has been working in the mental health field for 10 years and has been fully licensed for since 2018. He enjoys hanging out with his family and friends in his free time. He is always taking his dog on hikes and enjoying the outdoors and his love for music and sports events.
Chris has worked with adolescents and adults in several settings, such as outpatient, in home, and in school settings. He is available for individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy. Chris is a well rounded therapist that would describe his style as a person-centered therapy approach. He is well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care. He has a masters’ degree in school counseling, with a post-masters certification in advanced mental health. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Prevention Science from Wilmington University. Chris is very passionate and always likes to assist others in overcoming their struggles and finding their own strengths.

He has learned a lot in his formal education and training that has helped him advance his skills to work with many people. He is continuously learning and enhancing his techniques and skills to be a better therapist.
Why are you passionate about providing mental healthcare?
I believe everyone has their own personal strengths and abilities that make them unique and able to overcome their own hardships. I love seeing a client make progress and reconnect with themselves. Seeing someone achieve self-efficacy and improve is a passion that constantly drives me in this field.
