I have been married for 2 years, have a one child and I love to travel. I have a great deal of life and professional experience that I bring to my approach to building a therapeutic relationship and assisting individuals in addressing the challenges they identify. I provide a safe, confidential and judgement-free environment that will provide with the space to share those challenges and explore solutions.
I have over twenty-five years of experience in the field of addressing mental health, substance use, and developmental/intellectual needs. I have worked over five years in a psychiatric hospital providing services to individuals in all levels of care. I have worked extensively with the homeless for the past ten years offering mental health services, housing and community-based resources. My experiences have led me to realize that the most important aspect of all of my life’s work has been the people that I have met and the lives I have had a hand in improving. I believe I am on a constant journey to be a better version of myself and I enjoy sharing this passion with others as they work to do the same. I am compassionate care, and whether you feel you are ready for change or struggling with the idea of if change is necessary for you, I embrace the opportunity to help you on your journey.
