If I am being honest, I have had difficulty finding a job that I truly love. When I found HBW I was at a very low point in my life and needed to make a change that would benefit my future. Ever since starting here, I have learned more than I ever thought about mental health, figured out what I want to go back to school for my masters, and met some pretty awesome people.

Since I started in the beginning of July 2022, I've had nothing but the most wonderful interactions with every single one of my team members. Everyone has been kind, courteous and helpful as I've settled into my new role. Even though I did not have a background in the medical industry, I was given the tools and time by my colleagues to apply my skills and talents to being the best Patient Accounts Coordinator I can be. I feel that I've already made a difference in my department, and I go home to my family every day happy and grateful for completing a hard day's work.

We have amazing leadership at all levels of the organization. The company is forward thinking in its business practices along with open to new suggestions and perspectives. I feel that I have an opportunity to add value and support socially responsible goals.
