I believe each person is different and no single approach works for everyone. Treatment should be about understanding what has brought you to this point and what will help you move forward. It is my goal and passion to engage in outpatient therapy and to walk alongside you on your path to wellness.
My approach is collaborative and focuses on playing to your strengths while maximizing the match between you and your environment. The techniques I use depend on what is best suited for you and may include: CBT, EBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, humanistic and systems approaches. I am understanding of LGBTQ+ and alternative lifestyles.
My other passions include: writing, cooking, playing guitar, spending time with family, and traveling.

Why are you passionate about providing mental healthcare?
Coming from a family with a history of both chemical and mental health related struggles, I knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue a career where I could help those that were struggling. I discovered my passion for mental healthcare in the social justice and person centered approach in social work.
