I am a graduate from The College of NJ in May 2018 with a Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I received my undergraduate degree from York College of PA in Behavioral Science with a concentration in Psychology and Human Services. I currently hold a License Associate Counselor (LAC) title and will complete the requirements for my License of Professional Counselor (LPC) title in June 2021. I have experience working in various environments; including higher education, juvenile youth centers, private practice, addiction facilities, psych hospitals and outreach programs. My treatment approaches are based on the client’s needs. My target population is adults with severe and persistent mental health illnesses. I work best with person centered approach, mindfulness, CBT and DBT. I work with my clients as a whole person along with their individual needs.
In my free time I enjoy sporting events, movies and hanging out with friends and family. I was a part of my collegiate softball team, I love Marvel movies and I have always wanted to go in a hot air balloon. Therapy can be an overwhelming expereince and I am here to create a safe place to be vunerable and unfold your life stressors and struggles that you are experiencing.

I have worked in various times of mental health environments; including; higher education, juvenile youth centers, private practice, addiction facilities, psych hospitals and outreach programs. I have also utilized my skills in different countries educating people on mental health. I have traveling to Portugal and Haiti on psycho educational trips. I have fell in love with using my personal and educational background to help people throughout different cultures, identities and ways of life. I continue to work in the field and grow as an individual and a professional.

Working in the mental health field is a hardworking, fulfilling and passionate line of work. As a mental health worker you learn that not only are you helping people daily but every client you encounter is helping you as well. I am able to learn, self-reflect and grow as an individual and professional due to my clients teaching me new ideas and concepts everyday. Mental Healthcare is a special line of work and being passionate about the work and the clients comes from wanting what is best for people and seeing your clients prosper to live their best quality of life.
