Erica enjoys working with adults who struggle with self-esteem, feeling of depression, anger management skills, and coping with anxiety. She believes that we are all a part of a system and need each other to heal. She also believes that therapy is a partnership, and you are the leader & the expert in your story. Erica is there to help guide your decision-making and emotions. Erica is easy to talk to and a great listener. When she is not helping others she enjoys gardening and photography.
Her clinical skills include Individual and Family therapy. As a therapist, Erica primarily uses CBT, solution-focused therapy, and Family Structure therapy. Her strengths include empathy, patience, excellent listening skills, and being culturally sensitive. When working with clients, Erica values their trust while maintaining appropriate boundaries. She believes her clients are looking for a way to heal through evidence-based techniques and supports them through that process.

Erica is passionate about providing clinical services to clients because there is a “way out”. When our negative brain starts to spiral it is difficult to challenge other thinking or discover alternative solutions.
