Why Healthcare
oe's passion for mental healthcare grew out of personal experience and the deep empathy he developed as an actor. Storytelling allowed him to explore the complexities of the human condition, but eventually, he realized he wanted to do more than reflect people's experiences—Joe wanted to help them navigate and heal from them.
As a social worker, Joe is especially driven to create safe, affirming spaces for individuals who have felt unseen or marginalized. Joe believes everyone deserves access to compassionate, nonjudgmental care, and he sees therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, authenticity, and respect. Mental healthcare is not just about managing symptoms but empowering people to reconnect with their strengths and reclaim their stories. Being a part of that journey with someone is an incredible privilege—and it's what keeps Joe committed to this work every day.
