About
In Julie's many years as a Clinician, Trainer, Educator, and Director in NYC, Chicago, and MA, she has provided quality therapeutic services to positively impact a multitude of individuals. She leads with compassion, intuition, and clinical expertise, always creating a trusting, safe, and open environment for her clients. She approaches her work with authenticity and without judgment, in order to break down psychological barriers to a person's growth while providing profound awareness and skills to live your best life.
More recently, informed by her own trauma, Julie discovered the magic of art and sees it as another mechanism to help those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and debilitating factors. Julie's approach is multidimensional.
Working together will be life-affirming and positive, help improve coping and diminish old patterns, and simply feel happier. Self-reflection and self-love are the cornerstones of healing.

Why Healthcare
Due to her life experiences, Julie has cultivated a life/profession, wanting to help people reach their highest potential. She is passionate about doing therapy above all previously held roles. In 2019, unprepared to hear, "Your child has cancer/leukemia, Julie turned inward to access her coping mechanisms and struggled greatly. Her entire background has been geared toward helping other people and the satisfaction of being part of their healing and enlightenment. Since Julie has experienced many of the same challenges, it provided even more precision and care in her work. Moreover, as she discovered painting as a release for her PTSD, it has helped in her work as another tool for clients. In sum, serving as a vessel for others to discover and unlock barriers for a more sound mental health life gives Julie great joy.
