About
As a therapist, Logan's goal is to empower her clients to quiet the outside noise and listen to their internal voice, believing that all our answers come from within. Logan utilizes energy, spirituality, and connection to nature to assist in her therapeutic approaches. Logan views each individual through a trauma-informed lens and has a passion for helping her clients gain awareness of triggers and coping skills. Logan utilizes humanistic and eclectic elements, pulling in polyvagal skills, DBT, ACT, and NIT. Logan will encourage clients to do work outside of sessions to further prove the power of change comes from within. When Logan is not working, she loves to get lost out in nature, tending to her garden, or enjoying espresso at a local coffee shop.
