Moradeyo’s approach is rooted in Trauma-focused CBT, psychodynamic, and talk therapy. Moradeyo employs a holistic, collaborative approach when cultivating a trusting relationship with her patients. Moradeyo utilizes meditation, breath work, and art in my work with patients as a way to assist in processing previous trauma. Moradeyo believes that we must look back in order to look forward and provide a safe, supportive environment to achieve this.
Moradeyo also encourages physical activity, reading materials, and community care to address mental and emotional challenges. Moradeyo enjoys circuit training, discovering new restaurants, listening to podcasts, and watching documentaries.
