Nasya is an experienced clinical therapist licensed in MA. She has counseling experience across various settings, including healthcare settings, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, educational institutions, and correctional facilities. Nasya believes trust is earned and cultivated through a collaborative, affirming therapeutic space. She believes that our differences, the parts of us that make us unique, are our strengths. She recognizes that for many people, those differences may have also contributed to feeling shame, “unseen,” and rejected at different points in their life. Over the years, Nasya has supported clients in learning to move away from harsh inner criticism and practice self-acceptance and self-compassion.
Nasya is particularly interested in helping clients heal from racial stress, the impact of emotionally immature parents, people-pleasing, impostor syndrome, and overthinking.
