About

Nicole has worked in the field of Mental Health and Substance Abuse counseling for over 20 years. She has worked in various treatment facilities within all levels of care and modalities. Whether you’re struggling with a particular issue or just can’t shake the feeling that there should be more to life, therapy can help. She provides a caring and supportive environment in which clients can identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of creating a life worth living. Her goal is to help provide clients with the insights and tools needed to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors.

“It is hard to be happy without a life worth living. Of course, all lives are worth living in reality. No life is not worth living. But what is important is that you experience your life as worth living- one that is satisfying, and one that brings happiness.”- Marsha Linehan

Why Healthcare

Nicole loves that she gets to help people become the best versions of themselves. She is a big believer in instilling hope; even in the darkest of places, hope dies last. One of her favorite quotes says, “Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there’s no magic in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic.”- Laini Taylor
