About

Rebecca is a Licensed Social Worker with a warm demeanor and empathic nature. She prides herself in her client-centered, strength-based, and active listening approach. Rebecca is an LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive clinician and believes everybody deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Her experience includes but is not limited to anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, disordered eating/body image issues, and stress. The treatment models Rebecca uses depend on what is best suited for the client, but may implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Overall, Rebecca strives to provide a safe and judgment-free environment that offers clients a comforting space to share their challenges, explore solutions, and set goals as a team.

In her personal life, Rebecca can be found spending time with her family and friends (cat and dog included), cooking and baking new recipes, thrifting, and enjoying time in nature. While she appreciates a good nap, Rebecca also loves finding ways to be active – such as going for walks, hikes, and exploring new places.

Rebecca is incredibly passionate about providing mental healthcare because she believes everyone deserves a happy and fulfilling life and can benefit from therapeutic support -- No one should have to struggle alone. She has lived experience with mental health challenges and has witnessed many close friends and relatives endure this as well.
