New Jersey

Tiffany is a licensed professional counselor in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York. She received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University, and has been working in the field since 2010. She also holds certification, as an ADHD-CCSP, indicating additional education specific to ADHD assessment, treatment, psychopharmacology and management.

Tiffany’s work with clients focuses on themes such as: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment issues connected to life or role changes (marriage, divorce, birth, infertility, loss/grief, professional development, career change, and retirement). Tiffany also has a passion for working with Adults with ADHD as they navigate personal, professional and academic environments.

Tiffany describes herself as an eclectic clinician, but tends to borrow heavily from humanistic, person-centered, strengths-based work. She also incorporates ACT, CBT, and DBT strategies into her sessions and treatment planning. Tiffany feels that you should be viewed as a whole person, who is made up of a multitude of gifts, talents and strengths that are meaningful and important; and that should be explored beyond the context of one identified issue or problem.

Tiffany’s therapeutic style is warm, open and supportive; and her hope is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to heal. By working together, you can learn how to break through the cycle of negative thoughts and emotions. Believe in yourself and your ability to overcome. Gain gratitude for being able to change and grow and transform how you think about situations in your life and find your peace. There is no one type of therapy, and Tiffany believes that your experience should be as unique as you are.

When Tiffany is not in session, she loves spending time with her daughter, walking along the Schuylkill and Wissahickon trails, and getting her nose stuck in a book.
