Heather Wilson is a 7-year veteran of the behavioral healthcare industry, working in a variety of roles and furthering her education along the way. She obtained her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University while enrolled in the Addiction Counselor Training Certificate program. Heather is credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Professional. Additionally, she holds certificates for Student in Field Instruction (SIFI) and EMDR. She holds her LCSW license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her strong clinical background has paved the way for her leadership of the clinical operations for the Advantage Behavioral Health family of companies. In her three years with ABH, Heather has developed the clinical programs for both Victory Bay and Harmony Bay and built a talented and diverse team of clinicians operating at a high level of quality and compliance. In her current role as VP of Clinical, Heather is responsible for research and development of Clinical and Medical operations, overseeing compliance of clinical and medical departments, facilitation of accreditation for all facilities, and oversight of substance use and mental health clinical programs.
