Why Healthcare
Christina was fortunate enough to grow up in a household where mental health was viewed with high importance. Her father was a school psychologist, and her mother was a school social worker. Having two parents who were able to not only support and validate her emotions growing up but also create a safe environment for Christina to learn about herself and be whoever she wanted to be. Her family always encouraged everyone to experience therapy. They always said, "If you are human, you need someone to talk to." Christina took this message wholeheartedly and wanted to be that person for others to create that safe space with to allow them to flourish and grow.
