About
The clinician is a New Englander at heart who loves the greenwood and the freshwater lakes that abound in the region. She is a birder and a gardener who plants for butterflies, birds and bees. She believes that nature is an ultimate source of joy and healing. The clinician likes to travel. She has been working with people to help them reach their goals and find ways to overcome limiting beliefs in some capacity for most of her life and decided to make it her profession. The clinician believes that "everything is figuroutable" and will work with clients to find ways to meet the need or the goal they seek. With a degree in environmental science, the clinician likes to think ecologically, meaning everything is connected and works together. Change one thing, and one thing changes many things.

Why Healthcare
The clinician thinks that all things are connected; change is one thing, and one changes all things. Change one's mental health, and many things go along with it. When one is able to think clearly and manage one's thoughts and moods, one has the capacity to meet the challenges of life where they are.
