About

Anna’s professional experience includes over 10 years of providing care management services for diverse populations, including people with chronic and severe physical illness and disabilities, caregivers, immigrants, individuals experiencing homelessness, and older adults. Anna received her clinical social work degree from Bryn Mawr College in 2022 and has since been providing individual and group psychotherapy in a human services agency and in an outpatient mental health hospital. Drawing from a psychodynamic approach to treatment as well as evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, psychodrama, and mindfulness, Anna works with individuals with past and ongoing trauma, difficulties with adjustment to changes in life, grief, relational difficulties, depression, anxiety, and chronic mental illness. As a psychotherapist, Anna believes in the power of therapeutic relationships and meeting clients where they are to foster hope, empowerment, resilience, and inner growth.

As an avid hiker, aspiring runner, and committed transcendental meditation student, Anna is a firm believer in self-care and is always open to exploring with clients how to fit it into challenging circumstances.
