About

In her role as a clinical therapist working with adolescents and adults, Madison employs a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client. Her approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed CBT, and mindfulness practices, all aimed at addressing the specific challenges and goals of her clients. She firmly believes in person-centered therapy, where the client is acknowledged as the expert in their own life. This philosophy guides her practice, offering a supportive hand rather than directing their path.

Understanding the difficulties that come with beginning a therapeutic journey, she emphasizes that therapy is a brave step towards self-care and personal growth. Her commitment extends beyond individual progress to encompass a broader vision of liberation for all oppressed groups, advocating for social justice and equality in all aspects of life.

Outside the therapy room, She nurtures her own growth and well-being through personal interests such as karaoke, reading, and writing. Madison also loves exploring other countries and cultures whenever privileged enough to do so!
