About
Hi, I'm Wayne. As a licensed mental health therapist, I bring over a decade of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges and discover their inner resilience. Understanding your unique story â including your cultural background, identity, and lived experiences â is key to meaningful therapeutic work.
I earned my Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University, and since then, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients from many walks of life. My experience includes supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, refugees, survivors of domestic violence, and adults working through childhood trauma. I take a feminist-psychodynamic approach to therapy, which means I look at how your past experiences, relationships, and cultural context shape who you are today.
Some of my areas of clinical focus include:
â¢Supporting survivors of complex trauma and childhood abuse
â¢Working with bicultural individuals and immigration experiences
â¢Providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy
â¢Helping clients understand and transform relationship patterns
I adapt my therapeutic approach to fit what works best for you while creating a warm, accepting space where you can feel heard and understood.
