About
Michelle is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. Having worked in the emergency department, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient care, she understands that people need different kinds of support at different points in their lives. These experiences have shaped her belief in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and in meeting each individual where they are. Michelle takes time to truly listen to her patients’ stories and blends evidence-based treatment with compassion and respect, empowering her patients to take an active role in their own care. She values collaboration, tailoring treatment plans to each person‘s unique needs and goals, and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where healing can begin.
Outside of her work, Michelle enjoys traveling, staying active, and discovering new experiences. She loves exploring different cultures and finds joy in meaningful connections with people wherever she goes. Her adventurous spirit and warm personality bring a sense of openness and curiosity to her practice, helping patients feel comfortable and understood from the very first visit.
