About our Cranford Location

Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health service that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Ayrrin Pincus, LSW, MSW

Ayrrin is a licensed Social Worker. Ayrrin attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate and graduate studies in Social Work. During her time at Rutgers, Ayrrin gained experience supporting and counseling adults with various mental health diagnoses and challenges.

Michelle Slater-Goggia, LCSW, MSW

Michelle Slater-Goggia, LCSW, MSW

This therapist utilizes a person-centered approach and greatly values therapeutic relationships with clients. This therapist will work with you to gently unfold what is brought into the room and set the pace that feels most supportive to you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with over six years of experience working as a clinical therapist in outpatient services, private practice, crisis intervention, and with community-based mental health agencies.

Sara has ten years of experience in the mental field, particularly in evaluation and case management. She has spent most of her career in fast-paced and intense environments such as jails, prisons, and hospitals.

Lynn Manea, LCSW

Lynn Manea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a wide variety of practices in counseling. Lynn’s experience ranges from working in private practice to counseling adolescents in school settings to assist families and clients navigating chronic and terminal illnesses.

Giovanna Aives, MA, LPC, LPAT, ATR-BC

Giovanna Aives, MA, LPC, LPAT, ATR-BC

Giovanna is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT), and a registered, board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC). She also is a clinical supervisor for counseling and art therapy graduate students.
