Denise is an LCSW and earned her master’s in social work from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2017. She has experience working in an outpatient mental health setting and treatment working with clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, self-esteem, bullying, women’s issues, and specializing in working with young adult transition issues. Denise uses clinical interventions such as CBT, motivational interviewing, problem-solving, mindfulness, and strength-based while engaging with clients one on one in a warm, non-judgmental manner.
