About
Kinga is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping others uncover hidden strengths to make positive changes in their lives. She is grateful for the opportunity to get to know her clients on a personal level and watch them progress and accomplish their goals.
In her work, she believes that every individual is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. She likes to take time to really get to know her clients and work with them at their own pace using therapeutic approaches that best fit their needs. She takes pride in her work and is constantly seeking out new opportunities to grow as a therapist through educational opportunities and training.
When she is not working, she enjoys nourishing her mental health by spending quality time with friends and family, cooking and baking new recipes, and exploring the outdoors.

Why Healthcare
Taking care of our mental health is as essential to our well-being as taking care of our physical health. In my work, I am passionate about reducing stigma around mental health related topics and hope to encourage others to seek help when they need it. Taking positive steps to care for yourself both inside and out should be celebrated.
