Sophie received her Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University with a focus in clinical practice with families and adolescents. She has worked with diverse populations of adults, adolescents, children, families, and groups who have been impacted by economic barriers, trauma, abuse & neglect, body image, psychosis, and grief. Sophie specializes in CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused work, using mindfulness, breathing techniques, visualization, and goal setting to help clients reach their short- and long-term goals.

Sophie has completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training as well as continuing education in trauma informed yoga and prenatal yoga.

Sophie is passionate about providing mental healthcare because she believes it is an essential form of healthcare. She has always said you have to take care of yourself first and has been a big believer of self care for as long as she can remember.
