Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health service that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Marina enjoys using a variation of therapeutic techniques, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy but understands that every client requires a different approach. Marina’s passion lies in providing compassionate, client-centered care to help individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments while also celebrating life’s wins along the way.
Dayshia approaches therapy with cultural awareness, recognizing that it can feel like walking into a dark room, but the lights can be turned on together. With clinical experience supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, body dysmorphia, and difficulties adjusting to life's transitions, Dayshia utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients explore their thought processes and emotions.
Charlotte's therapeutic approach is primarily trauma-informed, drawing on her extensive clinical experience across various levels of patient care and diverse settings, including trauma and substance use programs, military and first responder work, hospital and school environments, and private practice.
During evaluations, Veronica will ask questions about your symptoms, history, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She may also inquire about your family history, medical conditions, education, employment, relationships, and patterns of substance use. It is essential to be honest during this evaluation process.
Allison has worked with a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, major depressive disorder, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, addiction/substance abuse, OCD, bipolar I and II, and more.
He likes to find an intersection between that and therapy when appropriate to make it a holistic space where clients can be comfortable being themselves and encouraged to cultivate that space in therapy and beyond. Through mindfulness, humor, challenge, insight, and honesty, therapy with Diego can be a productive and beneficial space for those who may not feel like they have any space for themselves.
