About

Arianna will strive to create a safe and supportive space for you to be authentic. Her goal is to help you understand the importance of healing while guiding you through life transitions and challenges as you learn to trust yourself again.

Individual experiences, cultural background, and personality traits are all things Arianna considers when treating her clients. Arianna uses a combination of therapy approaches, including relational, psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral, to help get to the root of issues clients are experiencing. She will help you develop useful coping skills to manage life's stressors while also encouraging you to build a deeper understanding of self. Arianna uses empathy and humor to help facilitate a healthy therapeutic relationship but will also challenge you to address negative thought patterns and behaviors that are having a direct impact on your life. Arianna likes to bring her authentic self into the therapeutic space to help clients feel comfortable opening up.

Arianna obtained her master's degree in mental health counseling from Boston College and has extensive clinical experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, and OCD. Clients describe Arianna as easy-going, patient, and understanding.

She believes in "doing the work" both in and outside of sessions to help with accountability and overall progress toward your goals.

Arianna enjoys nature walks, reading, painting, is a cat and plant mom, a huge horror movie fan, and a foodie!

Why Healthcare

Arianna didn't grow up understanding the importance of Mental health and suffered a lot in silence for years. Now that that she is fully aware and has not only gone through professional training but has experienced some of her own personal challenges, she believes it is a part of her life's purpose to help others truly see why having a healthy mind is so important. Arianna believes our experiences do not define us, but what we choose to do about those experiences is truly what matters most.
