She believes each person has their own story and past that made them who they are today and should be shown empathy, dignity, and worth. Asia provides person-centered, trauma-focused, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral methods (CBT), mindfulness-based, and strength-based approaches when working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
