Unfortunately, we cannot always confide in loved ones and friends about our struggles for fear of judgment or straining the relationship. Ayrrin is here to help you develop emotional tools that can be used to improve communication and alleviate mental health struggles. She will create strategies and techniques specific to your needs to promote healthy choices and make your life as happy as possible.
Ayrrin is a licensed Social Worker. Ayrrin attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate and graduate studies in Social Work. During her time at Rutgers, Ayrrin gained experience supporting and counseling adults with various mental health diagnoses and challenges. After graduation, Ayrrin facilitated in-home individual and family therapy sessions. Ayrrin also worked in an educational setting as a Certified School Social Worker. The most common diagnoses across all the settings were Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management issues, and PTSD.
