About
Casey has been working in the field of mental health for 7 years and practicing as a clinician for 4. She has experience working in an acute inpatient hospital setting, substance use treatment, school-based mental health services, outpatient mental health services, crisis intervention, and intensive in-home services with youth and families in the community. Casey utilizes CBT, REBT, and mindfulness practices to promote progress in sessions. Casey uses play therapy modalities (with both kids and adults!). She believes that therapy should be a balance between work and fun. She believes in creating natural and genuine relationships with her clients while also being authentic.
Casey is a big promoter of taking time for self-care and some of her favorites include reading, relaxing with a cup of coffee, going for walks, and playing with her dog. She also loves to travel and make crafts.

Why Healthcare
Like many other therapists, Casey came from a family and close connections that opened her eyes at a young age to the benefits of having someone to talk to and help guide you through life’s biggest struggles. She is passionate about normalizing those struggles for her clients while working hard to change the view of mental health in our community.
