Christina has a background in working with older adults and their families and caregivers navigating challenges such as chronic illness, grief, and life transitions. Additionally, she has worked with adults with PTSD, trauma, attachment issues, and codependency. Her approach to treatment is collaborative. She believes that people are the experts of themselves. Her goal is to create a healing space that allows you to develop the necessary tools to overcome challenges.

Every individual is unique, and Christina tailors her approach based on the circumstances and needs of the client so that she and the client may create a relationship that promotes personal growth.
Christina enjoys playing with her dog and two cats, spending time with family, and curling up with a good book.

Why Healthcare

Christina was fortunate enough to grow up in a household where mental health was viewed with high importance. Her father was a school psychologist, and her mother was a school social worker. Having two parents who were able to not only support and validate her emotions growing up but also create a safe environment for Christina to learn about herself and be whoever she wanted to be. Her family always encouraged everyone to experience therapy. They always said, "If you are human, you need someone to talk to." Christina took this message wholeheartedly and wanted to be that person for others to create that safe space with to allow them to flourish and grow.
