Darren is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. He has received his M.S.Ed. in Counseling and Mental Health Services as well as a M.Phil.Ed. in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. With a person-centered approach at the root of all his clinical practices, Darren often utilizes CBT and DBT interventions with clients. He believes that through gaining insight into one’s thought processes alongside a supportive clinician, meaningful changes can be made and sustained.
