Diana has been fortunate to have backgrounds in both addiction and mental health at all levels of care, including inpatient residential, IOP and outpatient. Diana‘s approach to therapy is client-centered, using a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT and family systems therapy. Why Healthcare

I believe that all individuals face their own unique struggles that they can better manage with empathy, validation, and support. Essentially, providing therapy allows me to witness clients transform into the best version themselves.
