About
Elizabeth became a mental health professional after spending a decade as an emergency medical technician on an ambulance and realizing that many of our systems were not equipped to handle the mental health needs of everyday people. During this experience, she realized that many of us were one bad day away from being that person in crisis who needed to learn coping skills and alternative ways of dealing with life. As a result, Elizabeth wanted to be a professional that people could come to lay their burden down and create a collaborative relationship in which an individual can feel free to explore every option without judgment or criticism.
