About
Are you struggling with depression or anxiety? Is it difficult to get out of the bed in the morning? Do you feel your mental health has suffered due to lingering effects of the Covid pandemic? There is hope. If you are looking to change your life and the way you feel, we can work together to make that happen. I work with many people who may feel "stuck" in their lives, who may want to move their life in a different direction but not sure how. We can work together as a team to identify significant ways to change your mood, improve your relationships and enhance how you feel. By using such techniques as CBT and solution focused, we can work to manage those anxious, depressive and negative feelings. I will focus on your current strengths, encourage you to challenge yourself and will be direct but sensitive. Change can be scary but I can help.
