As a Black male therapist, he understands the unique challenges and experiences many men face, particularly those from African American backgrounds. With a strong belief in the power of culturally relevant (and gender-specific) therapy, he is committed to assisting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Jade's motivation stems from the desire to uplift and support the community through some of the most vulnerable times of their life. Her areas of focus include stress management, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, mood, work, and stress-related disorders. She believes that if we are to be healthy, we must prioritize our well-being, show up for ourselves, and be intentional about our quality of life.
