She enjoys providing person-centered treatment as well as utilizing additional modalities such as DBT, ACT, and trauma-focused. She has had almost three years of experience working with both adults and adolescents from all around Philadelphia and surrounding areas, working in both Partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. When not engaging with clients and/or work-related tasks, she enjoys spending time with her fur-babies, getting out in nature, and living an active lifestyle.

There's the common phrase that therapists are "wounded healers," and with that being said, due to life experiences and just an overall passion for being there for others, mental health/therapy has been at the forefront of her career interests since a young age, and only grew as the years went on.
