Georgia obtained her LAC in 2018 and has been working in the mental health field for just shy of 3 years on and off. Georgia has her master's in higher education but values the idea of helping people and growing young adults on a deeper level. Georgia is eclectic in her therapy modalities; however, she falls back mostly on CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing. Georgia considers herself to be very open-minded and spiritual, having obtained her Reiki Practitioner 1 and 2 during the pandemic in hopes to ground and go more within. Her passion and hobbies include graphic design, painting, astrology, photography, yoga, and spending time in nature.
