GinaMarie has based her clinical practice on authenticity, honesty, empathy, and creativity. Life can be TOUGH, and it can feel difficult to get out of that loop, or GinaMarie likes to say, crawl out of the mud; it takes time, but it's possible, and GinaMarie hopes to help provide you with the tools you will need to do so. GinaMarie is eclectic in her practice, using therapeutic evidenced-based modalities, such as CBT (cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy), Art therapy/creative therapy, person-centered therapy, family therapy, etc., with a specialty in eating disorders/body image, issues and self-esteem. In GinaMarie's free time, she enjoys listening to live music, cuddling with her cat, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with family and friends.
