Life can be TOUGH, and it can feel difficult to get out of that loop, or GinaMarie likes to say, crawl out of the mud; it takes time, but it's possible, and GinaMarie hopes to help provide you with the tools you will need to do so. GinaMarie is eclectic in her practice, using therapeutic evidenced-based modalities, such as CBT (cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy), Art therapy/creative therapy, person-centered therapy, family therapy, etc., with a specialty in eating disorders/body image, issues and self-esteem. In GinaMarie's free time, she enjoys listening to live music, cuddling with her cat, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with family and friends.
