Grace is an experienced clinical therapist licensed in both NJ and NY. Through her experience working in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization services with adolescents, adults, groups, families, and couples, Grace has developed a skill set focused on offering individualized care at all times. A pillar of Grace's treatment approach is meeting her clients where they are at while offering a consistently safe and open space. Grace takes a person-centered, emotionally focused, and strengths based treatment approach to insure she is working hand in hand with her clients while helping them move towards a more fulfilling life. While Grace specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, she has extensive experience treating a wide range of diagnoses. Prior to becoming a therapist, Grace worked in broadcast news. This corporate background provides Grace with a unique perspective.
